How would the world change if wars and acts of aggression among people were understood as the very potential for development and transformation that is meant to unfold within ourselves? Does the change we wish to see in the world not lie, first and foremost, in our own transformation? Here, our will alone is decisive, and here we face no limits other than our own.

The current issue of “Krisenherde” takes us to the hotspots of our time, where the authors’ own experiences and journeys illustrate the steps toward self-transformation and taking responsibility. The issue is accompanied by images by the Dornach-based painter Cornelia Friedrich, whose visual language adds depth to the atmosphere of the essays.
