Emma Kunz (1892-1963) and Hilma af Klint (1862-1944) explored esoteric, mathematical, and abstract worlds through their work, recognising that their art would not be understood until the future. Their incredible popularity today speaks to the importance of these subjects for our times, and their artwork presents an opportunity to discover the relationship between Art, Mathematics, and Spirituality.
Colloquia take place on Monday afternoons for the rest of the year. There will be discussion and exercise with local experts, creating a sort of ‘Play-Tank’ to dance between theory and practice.
